Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using the AI TikTok Scraper & Analyzer application and its associated source code ("the Product").

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License

Upon payment of the one-time purchase fee, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

  • Use the compiled application for personal or internal business purposes.
  • Access, view, and modify the source code for personal or internal business purposes.
  • Create derivative works based on the source code for personal or internal business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original Product or its source code as-is.

3. Payment and Refunds

The Product is available for a one-time fee of $29. All payments are final. Due to the nature of the Product (a digital download including full source code), we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

4. User Responsibilities

  • API Keys: The Product requires third-party API keys (e.g., for Apify and Google Gemini) to function. You are solely responsible for obtaining these keys and for any costs associated with their use.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Apify, and Google. We are not responsible for how you use the tool.
  • Data: You are responsible for the data you collect and process using the Product.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, that it will always be available, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party platforms (like TikTok) that may break the Product's functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
