• All scraped video data and AI analysis results.

This data never leaves your computer and is never sent to us or any other party by the Application itself. Clearing your browser's data will permanently delete all your Application data.

3. Information for Purchase and Payment Processing

When you purchase the Application, you will be required to provide certain information to complete the transaction. We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle all payment transactions.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card information or other sensitive payment details. This information is processed securely by our payment processor.

We may receive confirmation of your purchase which typically includes your name and email address. We use this information solely to deliver the product to you and for customer support.

4. Third-Party Services (Application APIs)

To function, the Application requires you to use API keys for third-party services. When you run a search or an analysis, the Application sends requests directly from your browser to these services:

• Apify: Used for scraping TikTok data. Your search queries are sent to Apify.
• Google Gemini: Used for AI analysis. The videos, captions and comments are sent to the Google Gemini API.
